MDR Certified
We did it!
After a great deal of effort over the last few years, numerous tests, validations, material tests, discussions and meetings with various stakeholders, we were able to receive our MDR certificate in November 2020.
After a first successful MDR audit in January 2020, the first repeat audit followed in December 2020. Both audits were successfully passed.
ULRICH AG is extremely proud to be one of the first Swiss companies in the medtech sector to be certified according to the latest European guidelines (MDR).

The innovative handle design of the Külling laminectomy punch allows better control of the punch tip. When developing the Külling laminectomy punch, we asked how to minimise deflection of the tip and therefore facilitate its control. This is particularly important in the sensitive spine area, in order to minimise the potential risk of dural lesions.
